♦ It also achieves a smaller finished inner diameter. Based on the product’s external dimensions, as well as parameters such as finished inner diameter, finished outer diameter, and number of turns, the required tape storage length can be calculated to select a machine model of appropriate size.
♦ Taping rings of different widths can be replaced on the same machine model to meet the tape storage capacity and finished inner diameter requirements of products of various sizes, resulting in a wider application range.The fixture offers a large adjustable range, enabling simple product clamping. After replacing rubber rollers of different sizes and adjusting the fixture, products of various dimensions can be clamped.
♦ Applicable taping materials include PET, JBT, PVC, and other materials with a thickness of 0.05mm or more; non-adhesive films (both smooth and frosted surfaces); insulating cloth tapes; and paper tapes.
